Overview

Emma is an associate lawyer with the firm. Her practice includes estate planning, estate administration and estate dispute resolution. Prior to joining O’Sullivan Estate Lawyers, Emma practiced in the areas of trusts and estates at a full service firm in Calgary. She has experience in succession and incapacity planning, estate and trust administration, estate litigation and family law matters, including domestic contracts. Emma is currently completing the Diploma Program of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Emma has a J.D. from the University of Calgary, Faculty of Law. As part of her law studies, she spent a semester abroad at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland, summered at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Bangkok, Thailand and was a legal research assistant for the Faculty.
