Birute Luksenaite


Birute is an associate lawyer with the firm. Her practice includes tax, estate and incapacity planning, estate administration and estate dispute resolution. Birute has extensive experience in personal and corporate taxation law and financial planning. She completed her articles at the Tax Court of Canada and subsequently practised at a national Canadian law firm and a "Big Four" accounting firm in Toronto and New York and worked at a major Canadian bank. Birute is completing the Diploma Program of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She also serves on the Executive Committees of Ontario Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section and Tax Section. Birute received a Province of Ontario recognition for volunteering for 15 years with a Lithuanian charitable organization. Birute also speaks Lithuanian and Russian.
