Toronto Estate and Trust Administration Law Firm

Administering Trusts and Estates Since 1983

The administration of estates and trusts can be confusing and overwhelming. We can assist you to:

  • Administer a trust, invest trust funds, distribute trust funds, transfer assets into a trust and move a trust to another country or other jurisdiction
  • Administer an estate following the loss of a relative or other loved one, from the paying off debts to the distribution of assets to the beneficiaries and final windup of the estate

We advise executors in obtaining court approval of their administration, preparing accounts (including estate accounts, guardianship accounts and attorney accounts) for court, and all other aspects of estate and trust administration.
